A Toronto original
Toronto's vintage 1973 ice cream truck, serving your favourites with all-natural ingredients.

A Toronto original
A little piece of the past, rolling through Toronto.
This unique refreshment truck is a customized 1973 GMC Motorhome — the only Motorhome ever built from an auto manufacturer assembly line. Roughly 12,000 units were built between 1973 and 1978, with around 8,500 surviving and still on the road today.
Here in Toronto, you can come take a look at a masterfully engineered piece of automotive history — transformed into a one-of-a-kind mobile ice cream experience.
Made with care
All-natural favourites, fresh treats, and something sweet for every kind of day.
Everything on the truck is made with organic or all-natural ingredients — so a cone, sundae, or bakery item here is sweet fuel you can feel good about. No sugar rush, no crash. Just real ingredients and a whole lot of joy.
Organic & all-natural — Every item on the truck
Good fuel — For fitness, study days & everything in between
No sugar high, no crash — Just balanced, natural sweetness

The family behind the truck
It all started with a phone call: “Honey, I’m bringing this home.”
David found the truck in Thunder Bay, Ontario — a 1973 GMC Motorhome that began life in Southern Texas — and the family spent the next five years lovingly renovating it together, by hand.
Artistry runs deep here. David is a former Junior Men’s Figure Skating Champion who designed and customized every inch of the truck (and also restores aluminum boats with Alex Custom Boats). And it was on stage that the family truly began: performing aboard Royal Caribbean cruise ships, David met Caren, a singer on board. Twenty-three years of marriage later, the performing never stopped — Caren has sung on Broadway, in Vegas, and at sea, and daughter Laya is a professional dancer, choreographer, singer, model, and ACTRA actress, known onstage as Princess Laya.
The truck has a dream of its own, too: proceeds are helping record Caren’s country-rock album, with Laya as lead choreographer and dancer on tour. Every show will be announced through our ice cream Instagram — we’d love to see you there.
“People are going to get entertained when they come to this truck.”
